When your order arrives, it will be processed within 10 working days. After processing you will receive a confirmation from us and we will refund the purchase amount to you within 2 to 4 working days in the same way as was paid. You have a warranty on the watch’s movement, but the warranty does not cover the strap, the glass, the battery and the crown (button with which you set the time). Unless there is a production error.

The average repair time for a watch is 2 to 6 weeks.

If your package is delivered damaged, please refuse to accept this package from the deliverer. Then contact our customer service directly. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.
