You have a warranty on the watch’s movement, but the warranty does not cover the strap, the glass, the battery and the crown (button with which you set the time). Unless there is a production error.
The average repair time for a watch is 2 to 6 weeks.
If your package is delivered damaged, please refuse to accept this package from the deliverer. Then contact our customer service directly. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.
