Are there delivery costs?

 There are no deliverycosts if your order is above €50. Otherwise it is €3.95.

How can I follow my order?

You will receive a confirmation about the shipment by e-mail. This e-mail contains the track and trace code.

I received the wrong product, what do I need to do?

You can send us an e-mail with a photo of the packaging and the order number. We are happy to find this out for you and then come back to you with a solution.

When will I receive my Track & Trace code?

You will receive the Track & Trace code as soon as your package has been processed. If you order before 5:00 PM on a working day within the Netherlands or Belgium, you will receive an email with your track & trace code before 11:30 PM.

My package is delivered according Track & Trace. But I did not receive anything.

First of all, it is annoying that you have not received the package. It may be that your package has been delivered to the neighbors without leaving a note. Therefore, first ask the neighbors if they have the package. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately. We will then contact the delivery company to ask for more information about the regarding delivery.

My package is damaged.

If your package is delivered damaged, refuse to accept this package from the delivery person. Then contact our customer service directly. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.
